Weather
Beer-Sheva has a hot semi-arid climate with Mediterranean influences. The city has both characteristics of Mediterranean and desert climates. Summers are hot and dry, and winters are cool and rainy. Temperatures in October range between an average high of about 25.5 °C (77.9 °F), possibly higher, and an average low of about 14.7 °C (58.5 ). During occasional heat waves temperatures may rise higher than 30 Centigrade (86 Fahrenheit), so please also bring a hat and make sure you drink enough water.
